In the Shade of the Sycamore Tree

Mowing to get Moving...
Today I was mowing. We've had a break from the rain and a had a bit of wind to dry things out some so it seemed like the perfect time. Ryan sharpened the blades and edged so I could be on the rider. I stopped mowing to pick up the sticks and branches that had fallen out of the Sycamore tree. The beautiful and majestic tree shades the north half of our house and a good portion of the neighbor's house as well. It's gigantic. I don't even have a guess how tall it is. Maybe 60 feet? Taller? I know that it's visible from every inch of the yard, even in the back of the property. It's awesome. And I've been wondering since we bought this place nearly three years ago and embarked on this adventure, "How can I use the Sycamore tree in a blog title?" Everything I came up with seemed too copy-cat. I didn't want that because I know I won't be able to take a blog to those heights. But I want to have a place to catalog our progress, to brag a bit on my genius and talented husband and to remember how far we've come. So as I was mowing, I finally got moving. I came inside and created this blog. By God's grace the name hadn't been taken...but now it has.
